The Big 3-0

Sooo...I'm turning 30, holy cow! I want to get something good for this birthday but of course it can't be too spendy. I have no idea what to get! I thought I would take a poll. I want everyone to put in their 2 cents and tell me what you think I should get! I'm thinking less than $100. What would you spend the money on???

If I was actually trying to run right now I would want some new cool running shoes. I've wanted those for a while. Or a double jogging stroller (also with running on the mind) - you already have one of those! Or, I would go out and by 100 dollars worth of new clothes - I love new clothes.

Jodi, I don't know what you should get, but since I'm coming down shortly after your birthday, I think I'll take you shopping for an "oh my gosh, you shouldn't have" present and that way you'll get what you want, instead of what I think you should want. Love You, Deb

Do you have an ipod? You can get a small refurbished one for around $50. KP

Jewelry all the way! Maybe a cute piece with your kids names or something you just love. In November I'm doing the big 3-0 too. I'll be checking your suggestions for ideas:)

Maybe Katie will sell you her YAKI MOTO KOO BEE SACKA THINGY... SHE WONT NEED IT FOR ANOTHER 9 MONTHS... It will be a gift that keeps on giving.

ps... i miss you and wish i was there for your birthday i'll send something back with taya maybe something amish that you can hang in your house or a creepy doll you can hug. All their stuff is creepy but it costs alot since an "Amish" person made it.

I'm happy cause I got to hear Heather's laugh over this post. I can't believe you'll be 30! I'm going to second the idea of the refirbished ipod or the OKIE SAKA. I'm sure Katie would sell it for a great price.
OR you might be able to stay in a pretty nice local resort place for about that price, but that would be more like, "Happy birthday to Cory." Hmmm, I don't know, but you deserve it all!

First off I am relieved someone else is going to be 30, I was kind of feeling old. Second, If you are into working out,or just like to listen to music, Ipods are great or there is the zune (that's what I have its the same thing as an Ipod, but not as much money, made by Microsoft, and I know Target sells them). Me personally, I would rather by a bunch of little things that I have been wanting and unable to justify buying.

Hooray! Happy Birthday!!

I usually end up buying stuff for my girls with my birthday money, so really, I'm no help.

Hope you get something great, though!

Girl, I would hands down buy a nice pair of jeans. A nice name brand pair of jeans. You might have to spend a bit over $100, but jeans are worth it to me.

I'm also with Tessa on the jewelry. I would probably get a nice chain with my kids initials and husbands initials to wrap around my neck at all times.

Have fun and let us know what you get!

I would totally get a pedicure or a massage and spend the rest on cute clothes. Happy birthday!!!
